They’re considered one of the “big three” along with Serta and Sealy. Today they have’ factories in the United States alone and offer a very wide product line encompassing nearly every type of mattress imaginable.
In addition to the Beautyrest mattress line up they also have a latex mattress named Natural Care, a memory foam mattress called Comforpedic, a high end and elegant mattress known as Beautyrest Black, and also the Simmons Kids brand. In addition, they sell a wide range of other products and like pillows, pillowcases, sheets and mattress toppers.
